SPINNING® – 3 nova i redizajnirana modela STAR TRAC SPINNING® bicikla

Spinning® više nije nepoznanica. U proteklih par godina, ovaj iznimno kvalitetni grupni trening je pronašao svoje mjesto i u hrvatskim fitness centrima. Više od 100 novih spinnera diljem lijepe naše privuklo je nebrojeno puno novih klijenata u Vaše fitness centre.

Spinning® je jedinstvena, bez opterećenja na zglobove, grupna aktivnost na specijalno dizajniranim statičkim biciklima u zatvorenim prostorima – aerobik dvorane,  fitness dvorane i slično. Vježbanje se izvodi na biciklima s podesivim opterećenjem na kojima instruktor uz glazbu vodi pravu malu biciklističku avanturu, kombinirajući vožnju po različitim terenima, vožnju izdržljivosti, intervalnu vožnju ili pak pravu biciklističku utrku. To nije samo sjedeći način statičkog bicikliranja već pravi fitness program čija je glavna karakteristika trening i zabava u isto vrijeme. Trajanje treninga varira od 45-60minuta ovisno o vrsti treninga, cilju treninga te razini treniranosti grupe. Spinning®donosi elemente sportskog treninga za ljude svih godina i fitness nivoa, i kao takav je vrlo učinkovit, visoko energetski program koji uključuje muziku, upute instruktora, vizualizaciju u kompletnom mind&body treningu.
